Ron, Buds is not currently taking phone calls, which is strange. you can only contact them via Live Chat which is also sporadic and may take some time to get someone. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to relay what their plans are to get issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
