Just got denied a purchase of the HK P30 for having a 15rd Mag instead of a 10rd Mag. Once again something tells me the rifle itself is compliant [RUGER 10/22 I-TAC SS/FOLD SLTCK 25RD 6POS ATI STOCK}, however, the Mag it comes with is not, therefore making it illegal.

other than the mag it is legal Permitted:
✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.)
are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have
magazine restrictions. Rimfire caliber rifles are not considered "assault weapons" and can have

here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service  available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
