Hi Rich, I'm not sure on this one since there is only .5" difference between the barrel length of the Standard and Carry P220. This would be hardly noticeable. There are "P220 carry specific holsters" available by searching the text in quotes. It's usually a safer bet to go with a holster specifically molded for your carry gun.
