Yes you can still purchase online.  Shipping can take over 2 weeks at this time.

Joshua, yes Sir you can. Online services are still working (with a delay in processing) although new layaway services have been temporarily suspended while Buds catches up with order backlogs/shipping. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!
