Sorry you will not be able to buy one until you can get your Nevada license. Buds would not be the problem the problem is that the local FFL can not do the paperwork

Brenee, not currently as Federal law regarding handguns require identification in your State of residence. Only long guns, i,e, shotguns or rifles can be purchased in this situation. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!

You'll have to get a Nevada driver's license or I.D. card before the dealer can transfer a firearm to you.
