Lawrence, sorry you are having an issue.  Only Buds Customer Service can assist/answer this for you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir.
