I can not find an email address, phone number, or chat button on buds guns website. After searching the internet I have read there's a "contact us" tab and a live chat button.. Not on any webpage I've found in buds guns. There's a customer help tab, but nothing in there about contact info. This hidden contact info is really ticking me off. Whoever you paid to design this website, they ripped you off.

I understand we are just customers like you who answer the questions here I know that the Chat button 9Am-9PM EST is there on my home computer but is Blocked (does not even show up) on my work computer I suggest closing the program clearing the cache the logging back in if that does not work try another browser and as a last resort try turning off any firewalls and other blockers

Terese, sorry you are having an issue. Buds phone number is 1-859-368-0371 but is currently not manned. Buds live Chat will appear at the bottom right of your screen between the hours of 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. During those times if it does not show up, just try a different browser or two.
