Sherri, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

If buds cannot do the magazine swap. Check with your FFL. Some will do the swap for you, but I would start with Bud's first and see if they would be willing to swap the mag our or send the gun sans mag
