Hi Devin, Bud's Item Number: 33436 for target practice and Bud's Item Number: 718001417 or 33289 for self-defense. You should always shoot target loads that are close in power to you self defense loads. Many folks practice with light target loads and are not as accurate with higher power SD loads.
