Ronnie, I have not Sir. If they are still in business, start by sending a Certified Letter with return receipt requested to verify receipt. If no response, gather your records of calls, emails, shipping information and file a small claims case if they are still in business.

If the warranty company was Bud's, copy them on the letter. If it was manufacturer's warranty, then call the manufacturer, and then send them a copy of the demand letter via certified mail. You may find that the manufacturer will make it good even if they claim no liability.
