Yes, this will fit the Kahr CT 4543 which id very similar in size to the Glock 19.

Obviously its not sold for the Kahr, but it should still fit just fine. The Kahr has a 3.6" barrel I think? If so, this should work for you. If it is to big, resell it of use it for another pistol. But I think you'll be okay.
