Hi j., the UPC code references (Steyr Arms Mag 9MM 17Rd Black M9-A1 3902050517). If on the slight chance it is not, I'm sure Buds will replace or refund you. But these should be 17 rounders.

It will fit and they are 17rounds. They just have really stiff springs when new and sometimes you're only able to load 15-16rds at first. As they loosen up with use, you'll get 16-17rds in the mag. Just gotta break them in little.
