Albert. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

sorry buds does not open the boxes of the guns it has to be compliant the way it comes from the factory That being said We have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they will give you a better answer . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
