sorry its not CA DOJ approved all the Magnum research approved pistols are 44mag see link https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151013

Edward, This firearm is not on the CA approved roster of handguns. Not CA compliant. The 9"+ knife is probably not CA compliant either.

Edward, unfortunately, Magnum Research has no CA approved 1911's Sir. Only 9 Models of their 44 Magnum caliber Desert Eagle Handguns listed here are CA compliant  :  https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=151013
