I am pretty sure those are just the stock photos that were provided to Buds. If a gun is ambidextrous or made for lefties, it will list that in the specifications under magazine release/slide lock/etc. The majority of guns are either made for righties or ambidextrous (can be personally adjusted for both righties and lefties).
