There aren't really individual grips made for smaller hands. However, different brands/models are shaped differently. Specifically, single stacked guns (like the Glock 43) or some other models (like the Sig p365) have a thinner grip that may be easier to hold with smaller hands. I would search for best guns for women/smaller hands and then select from what is recommended. Also, try to hold it for yourself before ordering/purchasing. I know personally from owning double stack glocks that single stacks are significantly thinner.

no real name but I would check out the S&W shield as it has a small grip
