I heard some of he new piettas have a transfer bar and only 3 clicks. does this gun have a 4 click action? all the reviews i have read about the cimarron frontier is that they all have 4 clicks.

Artur, this particular model has the famous Colt 4 - Clicks. This one has a quick 1st click but slow it down and it's there for a total of 4. Cheers and stay safe!
