You can actually contact Sig. They have the "Sig service package". Go to their website, go to "Custom Shop" and scroll down. They will install factory front and rear night sights for about $120, but you do have to send it to them. There are a few other services they offer as well from polishing feed ramps to trigger jobs. However, It is no fun being without a fine pistol like that for any period of time. I hope that helps.
Tru-glow , Williams and others make sights for Sigs. Sig Sauer has a cool front sight that is both fiber optic (day) / tritium (night) and it works fantastic. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of guy and bought a Wheeler Sight Tool that works great. I am not a trained gunsmith but I've installed sights on five of my own guns and several friends who didn't want to send their guns off for weeks just for sights. It's really not that hard to do and you will love the results. The Wheeler has saved me big bucks and works for every gun I've tried that has "dovetailed" sights. I've used it on Sigs, Rugers and Kimbers.
