sorry it is not approved in MD at this time here are the approved LCP models 03747, 3701, 3705, 3706, 3712, 3713, 3717, 3718, 3722, 3725, 3727, 3730, 3732, 3734, 3740, 3742, 3744, 3745, 3746, 3749, 3752, 3753, 3756, 3761, 3763, 3769, 3770, 3790 and link to md roster https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home However I would check with the local FFL that would be doing the transfer to be 100% sure
