We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Saturday use the blue chat now button (all other forms of communication are not manned at this time ) and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
Victor, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
