Adam, Buds will not ship any AR rifle with a 30rd magazine. Colorado has a 15rd magazine capacity limit and Buds would not jeopardize their FFL standing which is the core of their business. Now, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction, that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner when available 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

it will not ship with the 30 round mag We have been told that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non- compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order .
