No you can not use the 6.5 creedmoor ammo in the 6.5 PRC rifle the 6.5 PRC has a fatter case and the 6.5 Creedmoor case could rupture if fired in the larger chamber and spew gas and metal. As far as I know only Hornady makes 6.5 PRC ammo
