Once the gun is transferred to you, it is yours. Gun sales are final. I wouldn't want to pay full price for a gun that was registered in someone else's name.

Jesus. Good luck. Once you take possession it is yours. Keep all firearms you buy. If you really want to get rid of it take it to nearest gun shop. Great market for pre owned firearms now.

Jesus, if there is an issue with the firearm, you will need to contact the manufacturer to get any issues resolved Sir. Transfer of firearms by an FFL is final.

If the transfer has been completed then the firearm since then has been yours. You cannot just decide to return a gun at any point after that. If you have an issue that requires gunsmithing either check your warranty or go to a gunsmith. It was my pleasure to assist you.
