any .22 LR that is rimfire CCI and Remington are good

Most any good brand name high velocity .22 should in this rifle. The actions in some of these style rifles can be pretty stout and may not run as well with the standard velocity or pistol rated ammo. I would look into the CCI AR Tactical Rimfire ammo that is especially designed for these type of .22 rifles. I run it in my HK MP5 A5, which is also a high performance .22 rifle and the CCI AR stuff runs flawlessly.
