David, this is going to be difficult given your budget. Even if it were available online, the price would be more than twice and nearing 3 times your current budget. David, You would spend your budget on ammo for 4 or 5 trips to the range. $4000 to $5000 to get into the .338 Lapua precision rifle game. This specific gun is $3000 to $3500 if you can find it in stock anywhere. My advice, save your money then spend months trying to find one.
