The Charter Arms Pitbull isn't on the CA DOJ handgun roster and it does not fit the requirements for exemption since it's SA/DA. Neither the blued or stainless version are showing up on the CA DOJ roster. Since it doesn't meet the roster exemptions*, it wouldn't be CA-compliant. Unfortunately, none of the Charter Arms Pitbulls are on the CA DoJ roster so they would not be able to be sold in CA.
