I have an item ready to ship, I click an FFL, it redirects me to the main menu. I use live chat feature, it refuses to let me type after waiting in que for two hours. No phone call available. Help?

Eric, the only suggestion I have is to login to Buds website and try on another browser or two Sir.  Only Buds Customer Service can assist you but, as you know, they are having contact, logistical and order issues due to COVID-19. You just have to keep trying to contact them via Live Chat since their phone 1-859-368-0371 is currently not manned. I wish I had something concrete to tell you Sir. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot give you an answer. Buds will have to relay what their plans are to get issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!

Eric, That FFL is probably closed and not taking orders. You should call your FFL and find out. Try another one in your area from BUDs list to see if you get directed back to main menu.
