George, I have had some issues with Buds Customer Service and have to resort to registering a complaint to the BBB for resolution from Buds upper management. I was blocked for over a month from the website but, here I am and the problem was resolved. Just know that any complaint outside of Buds gets your account flagged/suspended pending response/resolution. Cheers and you and yours stay safe!
