Yes, you can buy this gun. I just bought one at the end of March and picked it up today from my FFL. Don't know the difference between this version and the JXF4F20CA version besides it saying it is California compliant. Plus Buds says that if the gun ordered is not California compliant, they will cancel your order and refund your money. Also, I asked support and they said this gun was fine to order as they have shipped these to California many times.
