At Buds Guns, does "Out of Stock" mean never to be re-stocked? Some sites use the term "backordered" . I am interested in a Savage Model 12 in .204 stainless with the composite stock.

John, no Sir, it just means out of stock pending restock. Just place it on your Wish and Notify Me lists and Buds will email you when back in stock. Cheers and stay safe!

0out of stock is just sold out until they get more While I am sure that buds has them on order there is no way of knowing when it will be back in stock. I suggest that you use the notify me button. Buds will email you when they are back in stock This in no way obligates you to purchase the item. We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Better check Savage's website to make sure it isn't discontinued.  Several model 12s are discontinued.
