Yes it will fit, but you will need a light friendly holster. Do a google search for "PK380 Factory Laser" as it is more streamlined.

It works in a holster on my Glock, so im sure it will mate up nice to youre Walther for holster use. Not sure which holster you'll need though. Many look like they'd work.
