I'm trying to respond to an email I received about a payment issue. Even as a Buds member the phone line in currently down due to corvid 19. The voicemail tells me to try the live chat. But this is the only live chat i see. I hope I'm in the right place.

Live chat is really the best way to contact them right now....you should see a "chat now" window in the bottom right corner of your browser window. It may take awhile but just be patient....lots of traffic right now

on the lower right of your screen there should be a box labeled Chat now it its not there you can try another browser or you may have to disable popup blockers or the firewall.  You will need to Contact Buds customer service use the blue chat now button (is the only communication working now) and they will help you The chat now is the only way to contact buds at this time We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Brandon, sorry you had a payment issue. Live Chat is the White window with the blue square in the bottom right of the screen. Click on it to start a chat session with Buds Customer Service. It has been sporadic and fills up quick so you may have to try at different times throughout the day. Cheers and stay safe!
