1st time buyer. I am in New York and just had a Ruger 10-22 delivered via UPS to a dealer in my town. I know the pandemic we have right now might delay transfer. But in normal time how long should the dealer take to complete the transfer. (logging and paper work etc) and if anyone has a list of rifles like AR -15 models that are legal and dont need any permits that budsgunshop carries. thanks

Ibrahim, usually within a day or two. My local FFL does mine once received in a couple of hours. Buds is currently out of any NY compliant AR's. Cheers and stay safe!
