if your dealer is still operating you should get a call that you have been proceeded....I would try contacting the dealer who received your firearm.

Steve, your FFL Dealer gets a response back in minute of either approved, declined or pending. Even if pending, your FFL can legally transfer the firearm to you after 72 hours of a pending status. Did you fill this out in person at your FFL? If so, make sure your FFL is still open. Something definitely does not sound right with having been over a month. Cheers and stay safe!

they have 4 days to do the background check after 3 days the ffl can transfer the firearm without the check being completed if the background check was done you have 30 days to pick up the gun after 30 day you will need a new background check the ffl can use the same form 4473
