The Size 4 from Mike's should fit the Shield. You can check Mike's website for fitting. I own a couple of Mike's IWB holsters and they have held up for a few years. http://holsters.unclemikes.com/Holsters/Smith%20__%20Wesson/M__P%20Shield/3_5
