If I'm interpreting this right I think you are asking if a suppressor would render the barrel length too long and to that I can say there is no upper limit on pistol barrel length, only a lower limit of 16" to be considered a rifle which this already doesn't qualify for due to the lack of a stock. Even if there was a maximum barrel length for pistols I doubt a suppressor would change the relevant barrel length unless you permanently attached it with pin/weld which would be an odd choice.
