The threaded barrel and longer barrel are available on the lower cost model. These two thing would make me recommended the MLR22ATU. The other differences are slight to me, but may be more important to other shooters.

Hi James, I would personally get the MLR22ATU for the added benefit of the "Threaded Barrel" for possible future suppressor use.
