I live in Pennsylvania and I've bought a number of handguns online and used my ffl dealer, but do I have to do this when buying a shotgun?

Robert, yes Sir. The same laws of transfer apply to the transfer of shotguns as well.

yes all firearms must be shipped to and transferred by a FFL just like the handguns
