buds official policy is they will not remove or exchange a mag and that the gun must be compliant as it comes from the factory but here lately we have heard that buds will ship with NO Magazine if that is the only reason that a gun is non compliant you would need to Contact Buds customer service available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday use the blue chat now button and they will help you with the order . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
many times the gun drop ships directly from a distributor to your FFL so there is no opportunity to swap/remove magazines. And the serial number of the gun identifies it as state compliant or not.
