Chris, Yes no problem .223 or 5.56 will work fine. Whatever you can get your hands on buy it.

Chris, yes Sir. This is a 5.56 rated firearm and will fire both 5.56 and .223 ammunition. It will even use standard AR-15 Magazines. Cheers and stay safe!
