Ren,
If you have an 870 with the 18.5" barrel, this should be a straight swap.  Depending on your setup, you may also want to swap the pistol grip for a traditional shoulder stock.  Don't forget to check local game laws concerning how many shells you can legally have in the tube or if you need a plug in the mag tube.
