I wish I could answer this better then you did. The only differences I see are the ones you stated. It seems to me like the prices should be reversed, (but that's my preference).

I've noticed as Buds stock numbers go up prices go down and vice versa. One has 74 in stock and the other has 33 in stock. this may be the reason for the price difference.
