Della, Buds has been delayed in making refunds. Usually when the firearm has been received back, up to 5 business days was normal. Some folks have reported longer. You can inquire to Buds Customer Service at Live Chat in the lower right corner when not full. I wish I had something concrete to tell you. Being customers the same as yourself, we cannot speak for Buds. Buds is still working to get issues resolved. Hope they do soon. Stay safe and Cheers!
