Good day, my sdx12 has cycling issues. I am using a 2 3/4" slug but the empty shell gets stuck in chamber upon extraction. Manufacturer says it can use both 2 3/4" and 3". No luck so far.

Samuel, I would try some more brands of ammunition as the plastic hulls in some brands expand more that others and cause this exact issue. If some more brands work, then the ammunition is the issue. If not, then the gun may be the issue and may be in need of a service call. Cheers and stay safe!
