9mm and .357 are the same bore size (close enough not to require a different barrel) so same cylinder, same barrel.

Darrell, only the 2nd replacement 9mm Cylinder is required to fire 9mm ammunition. Everything else stays the same on this versatile handgun. Cheers and stay safe!
