Jacob, you can purchase. Just purchase from Buds. You will select a local FFL during checkout where the rifle will be shipped to. The FFL will contact you to come in and do the paperwork/background check and you pay the transfer fee which is usually $25 to $40. Once approved, you inspect the rifle and leave with it.
