Joshua, only Live Chat is the current means of reaching Buds. Even the phone directs you to Chat in the lower right corner from 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Joshua, Yep. The only way to contact them is during business hours on the Chat Now button on bottom right hand corner of website. Too many crazy calls and questions tying up the lines. So just went to live chat. People think a phone call will speed up their order and it just ties things up.
