I would think not, you need to get out of that place and move to, some where you can buy and own real guns, or stop putting people back in office that does nothing for you. You need to put someone in there, that will let you chose for yourself what you can and can not own.

Arthur, Unfortunately you live in a state that is constantly trampling on the second amendment rights of citizens while they can't outright ban guns NY makes it incredibly difficult and time consuming to do so. This way it will deter people from purchasing. your best bet in NY is to go to a gun shop and buy one. It may be more costly but at least you will have one that is compliant in your state. The extra money you will save is not worth potential jail time
