I'm new to guns and i just bought the M&P 15-22 Sport to get me started, which is all pretty much all polymer. Just wondering if this metal lower receiver could replace the original.

no the 15-22 uses a different lower. 9even if you were able to fit the 15-22 parts to the lower the mags would not fit and work
