Alexis, yes. Customers must possess a valid Illinois FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) card to purchase firearms or ammunition any where in Illinois. Alternately, persons possessing a valid Illinois Concealed Carry License may present their valid license in lieu of the FOID card. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569.

If you have all your paperwork for the restrictions in IL on file at BUDs and order a compliant firearm and have an FFL that is open BUDs will ship to IL. For ammo or firearms you can get your carry license or FOID card to BUDs at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569.
